Rare bank note - South Korea, year issue - 1932. WWII Occupation One Hundred Yen Currency. The bill comes from the 1932 era. The bill has three hole punches which indicate that the note was taken out of circulation during that time. One punched hole is in the red seal. The other two punches are in the middle of Korean characters.The bill measures 6 7/16" x 3 3/4". The 100 Yen has no serial number on the bill. A number (1) appears twice on the note. A large blue crest appears on the left side of the bill. Hojo is pictured on the right side of the bill. This one hundred yen has been circulated and folded in the middle resulting in a light crease in the bill. This note is crisp with no tears. It is excellent to mint condition for its age.
